60 minute consultation + floral ordering (the perfect pairing)

Do I need floral experience to DIY my wedding flowers?

Not at all. Our DIY support is designed for beginners. We provide clear guidance, recipes, stem counts, and timelines so you feel confident—even if you’ve never arranged flowers before.

How much should I budget for flowers?

DIY florals are more cost effective but require more time and effort on your part. Our couples typical spend between $250-$2500 on their DIY wedding florals and supplies.

How far in advance should we book DIY floral support?

We recommend booking your consultation 6 months before your wedding date. This allows time for planning, sourcing guidance, and scheduling any coaching sessions. Peak wedding months book quickly.

Will our flowers look professional if we DIY?

Yes—when done with the right plan. Our goal is to make your florals look intentional, cohesive, and elevated, not homemade. We guide you on flower choices, proportions, and design techniques that photograph beautifully.

What happens if our flowers don't look good when they're delivered?

We provide tips on how to unbox your flowers and best care for them. If something is not looking its best, please let us know by the end of the day when flowers are delivered in order for us to get another shipment to you in time for your wedding! 

Where do we buy the flowers?

We guide you through the best sourcing option for your needs, whether that’s a local floral farm or we order and ship through our wholesaler for you, we'll walk you through the ordering process. We also advise on seasonal blooms and budget-friendly substitutions.

How many flowers do we need?

We calculate quantities for you. You’ll receive recommended stem counts per arrangement so you don’t over‑order (or under‑order) flowers.

Do you provide the flowers or just the guidance?

We offer both options depending on your package. Some couples receive guidance only, while others add bulk flower orders or a flower bar. This will be discussed during your consultation.

Do you offer day‑of setup or help?

DIY services do not include full setup or day of support. Please see our Full Service Wedding page for information on our other packages.

What if something goes wrong?

While we can’t control every variable, our planning minimizes surprises. We also provide care tips and backup recommendations so you’re prepared if adjustments are needed.

Is DIY cheaper than full‑service florals?

DIY can be more budget‑friendly, but it’s also an investment of time and effort. Our services help you avoid costly mistakes and wasted flowers, making your budget work smarter.
